• ATOSS World Customer Admin (max. 2 users) All rights of a casual user plus responsibility for managing user rights and applying for licence extensions. Additionally, ATOSS Staff Efficiency Suite/ATOSS Startup Edition customers are able to submit product requirements.
• ATOSS World Casual User Access to release information, product knowledge and the opportunity to book training courses for yourself and others.
• ATOSS World Case Manager All rights of a casual user plus the ability to create support cases. Additionally, ATOSS Staff Efficiency Suite/ATOSS Startup Edition customers are able to submit product requirements.*
